This is very helpful. I'm amazed that these people are still allowed to be landlords. There has to be a point when it is said that enough is enough. I have the displeasure of living in one of Sabir Moosa's buildings. I agree with everything that has been said. I think you need to add revolving door of sketchy "workers" and an unwillingness to put anything in writing. He is also rebuilding the entire top floor of the building I'm in. He claims that he is creating upscale apartments. However, these are air BNB's. He is trying to keep them quiet to avoid the legislation that is likely to pass in the near future. Also I would say that he does have a habit of saying that he is going to do repair/retrofits that usually never occur. I would also suggest he makes up excuses to harass tenants and get into units. He is constantly snooping. He either does this by entering the units illegally(fake emergencies and just showing up) or monitoring everyone's movements through the excessive security cameras.

I found a tenant to take over the lease, which he was fine with, but refused to give me back my last month's rent and tried to charge me for administration fee for finding a new tenant (he didn't do any of it ... it was all me and then I presented them to him). He is a crook. Never rent from him.

I am writing regarding an article that when I google my client’s name shows up. I am asking that you remove this article for the following reasons:
1. The Charges were stayed, essentially this means they had one year to reopen any such case, there are no outstanding charges against my client nor any convictions, nor any open investigation.
2. This is affecting my clients life in a very negitave manner.
I will also be writing the webmaster at google to try and get this removed. I have attached the section of the criminal code that covers this 579 (1)(2)
